At Oxbridge School, we know that not all students will do the same work at the same time so within each class our Classroom Teaching Specialists regularly allocate tasks that are set at different levels of difficulty. The aim is to challenge all students whilst at the same time giving them work that is within their capabilities so that each student will experience success. Sometimes all students in the class are given the same task. In these situations, teachers will have different expectations of different pupils based on their knowledge of an individual students’ strengths and needs.
Attainment and achievement are continually scrutinised and reviewed to ensure that standards are maintained or improved. All students are given opportunities to develop skills for learning, skills for life and skills for work.
