What an exciting day! Our very first students arrived bright and early from all parts of Hong Kong, looking very smart in their new School uniforms and keen to start their education at Oxbridge! The teachers looked smart too and enjoyed getting to know the students and the start of teaching after early preparation and planning.
Once the hard-working morning, filled with Maths, English, History, and many other subjects was completed, the students enjoyed lunch in our Dining Room and had time for just a little relaxation before afternoon lessons commenced.
For many of our students, this was their first full day of school in some time and we were impressed by their application to school work, enthusiasm to take part, and their ability to quickly make new friends. A busy day for all of us, but we are very much looking forward to giving our students an "intelligently British" education in the future.
Many thanks to all the many organizations, families, and individuals who have sent gifts or best wishes for our first day - we really appreciate it!
